When you sign up for Ricochet360, you will received our standard onboarding options that includes building out your system, as well as basic user and admin trainings.

However, our Level Three support team offer an upgraded account management option for customers who prefer more one-on-one training or require more customization.

This option is billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time by emailing billing@ricochet360.com.
